Microsoft Viva and Workvivo are both employee engagement platforms designed to enhance workplace communication and productivity in large organizations. They offers features to improve employee wellbeing and motivation, allow to distribute company news, announcements and resources, integrate with popular business communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
But Microsoft Viva (available since 2021) is integrated into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, making it easier for existing users to adopt. It includes such modules like Viva Learning (for emplyee learning, professional development and skill growth), Viva Insights (advanced analytics to help track productivity and wellbeing, aimed at insights for managers and HR) and Viva Topics (for emplyee communication and knowledge management).
