Cloud monitoring reinvented. Easy, Automatic, AI-Powered. Automatically monitor dynamic hybrid-cloud environments.
OpsRamp and Dynatrace are both IT monitoring, IT operations management and AIOps software. They enable monitoring of hybrid IT environments (cloud, on-premises, multi-cloud) and use AI for anomaly detection and predictive analytics. Both allow to automate incident management and remediation and provide integrations with popular ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
But OpsRamp (first released in 2014) is targeted more toward mid-sized enterprises and managed service providers. It's better for infrastructure monitoring and multi-cloud governance and offers a built-in service-level management tool for MSPs.
Dynatrace (2005) is australian software primarily aimed at large enterprises with cloud-native IT infrastructure. It offers deep observability with code-level insights, focusing heavily on DevOps and includes built-in AI engine, Davis, which provides precise root-cause analysis.. It's also used for application performance monitoring (APM).
